Rental Policies At Party Realm Entertainment, our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and stress-free experience for every customer. Booking & Payment A signed rental agreement and liability waiver are required before delivery. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received. Remaining balances are due before or at the time of delivery. Delivery & Setup Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within our service area. Customers must provide a safe, accessible, and reasonably level setup location. A photo of the setup area may be requested before confirming your reservation. Weather Policy Safety is our top priority. Rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather, high winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions. Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability. Customer Responsibilities Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use. Shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, and rough play are not permitted on inflatables. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or tampered with after setup. Damage & Cleaning Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned unusually dirty. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future rental.
